    • By filling out the form on the Contact Us page


Please include the following when booking:

• Date needed

• Pick-up or delivery

• Products you want to purchase

• Quantity / size

• Flavor(s)

• Design inspo/photo ideas

• Any allergy notes 

• Any additional information 

 

Providing thorough details helps us respond efficiently and begin your order process without delay. Please don’t hesitate to share all relevant information—more detail ensures we can bring your vision to life and exceed your expectations.

Messages sent outside business hours may receive delayed responses. We appreciate your patience while we bake fresh items and serve current clients.



📌 Important Notes

• Custom orders require a 2-week notice

• Rush orders may be accepted when availability allows (rush fee may apply)

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date

• Remaining balance due 7 days before pickup/delivery
