When placing an order, please note that you are agreeing to having read the following terms and conditions.
Deposit Policy
To secure your custom order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your date and covers materials and preparation work that begin well in advance.
Payment Schedule
• 50% deposit due at booking to confirm your order
• Remaining balance due 7 days before pickup or delivery
• Orders are not started until payment is made in full.
Late or Unpaid Balances
If the remaining balance is not paid by the 7-day deadline:
• Your order may be canceled
• Your date may be released to other clients
• Your deposit will be forfeited
No exceptions unless previously discussed and agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations & Changes
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Changes to order design, quantity, or pickup/delivery date may not be possible after booking. However, you are welcome to inquire.
• Any approved changes may result in additional charges and must be paid immediately

Rush Orders
A minimum 2-week notice is required for all custom orders. This ensures proper planning, ingredient sourcing, and scheduling.
If a rush order is requested and approved:
- Orders needed within 7 days of pickup or delivery must be paid in full at the time of booking
- Rush orders may be subject to a rush fee
- Rush order acceptance is not guaranteed and depends on schedule availability
- Design options may be limited due to shortened preparation time
We always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible, but advance notice ensures the highest quality and best experience.
Payment Methods
We accept: (CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash)
Please Note:
If paying in cash, you are responsible for ensuring an on-time, in-person payment by the stated deadlines. Cash payments must be delivered and confirmed no later than the payment due date (for both the deposit as well as the final payment). Orders will not be held, started, or fulfilled until payment is received in full.
Return Policy
Please be aware that The Alluring Gems Collection retains the right to declare all sales final. Returns will not be encouraged, nor will they be accepted. Please contact The Alluring Gems Collection customer service with any questions or concerns.
Product Condition & Responsibility Policy
We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our products. Each order is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure it meets our standards prior to leaving our bakery.
Before Pickup or Delivery
If delivery is requested, final pricing will include delivery fees based on distance, order size, and timing. Pickup or delivery method must be confirmed prior to purchase. In the rare event a product is damaged or compromised prior to pickup or delivery, we will assess the situation and adjust the price based on the extent of the damage. This may include partial refund, remake, or discounted pricing at our discretion. If a remake is not possible due to timing or design constraints, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
After Pickup or Delivery
Once your order has been:

or - Delivered and handed off
the product becomes the full responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for any discrepancies or damage(s) that occur with the appearance or functionality of the cake after the product leaves our possession, including but not limited to:
- Heat exposure
- Improper transportation
- Mishandling
- Storage issues
- Any other external circumstances
Final Sale
All sales are considered final once the product has been picked up or delivered.
No refunds, replacements, or adjustments will be provided after handoff, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing in advance.
Limited-Inventory & Imperfect Goods Policy
From time to time, we may have a limited selection of baked goods available for purchase that are not part of a custom order. These items may come from canceled orders, excess production, test batches, or items that may have minor visual imperfections.
Condition & Pricing
- These items may not meet the same visual presentation standards as our custom-made products.
- Pricing may be discounted to reflect the condition of the product.
- All products are fully edible and safe for consumption.
Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing these items, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The product may have cosmetic flaws or minor imperfections.
- Quality and appearance may vary and will not match custom-order standards.
- The product is sold as-is.
- No refunds, replacements, exchanges, or price adjustments will be offered for these items.
Responsibility
Once the product has been purchased, the customer assumes full responsibility for the item. All sales are final.
